Timeless Eastern Shore Traditions at the Tidewater Inn

A beautiful bride in a long sleeved white dress and a man in a tux make a timeless wedding look. Throw in a couple of black labs, crab mallet favors, and a smattering of antlers on tables at the Tidewater Inn and you have a timeless Eastern Shore wedding. And, honestly, what could be better? From Emily Alyssa Photography: Lauren and Andy planned an outdoor ceremony in the courtyard at The Tidewater Inn, followed by a lively reception in the Golden Ballroom. They even included their black labs in the celebration. Ruger, wearing a tux, walked down the aisle with the ring bearer, and Raven joined them for a few photos after the ceremony.

All of the details were intentionally chosen by Lauren to have an elegant look while still showcasing their personalities. The mauve bridesmaid dresses were the perfect shade for a fall wedding. I loved all the details they included with the invitation suite, including wax seals, custom gold calligraphy and twine. They also included some fun Maryland touches! Engraved crab mallets were given as favors, and their cards basket tied into that as well.

Most importantly, their love was evident every moment of the day. Andy had an emotional moment seeing Lauren walk down the aisle for the first time. The toasts had everything dying with laughter, and you could tell how happy they were to be surrounded by so many family members and friends!
