Garden and Garnish is owned and managed by husband and wife team, Brian and Cathy Schmidt. All menus begin in the garden, utilizing a broad assortment of fresh vegetables, herbs and garnishes from our own pollinator friendly property. We take pride in developing seasonal dishes featuring many local ingredients from the Eastern Shore’s farmers and watermen. While creating beautiful, practical food offerings that compliment the season, we are also versatile in fine ethnic foods and have many diverse gluten free, vegan, vegetarian and allergy friendly choices. When it comes to making sure Uncle Charlie gets his dairy free meal, our staff is on it.
