From Kari Rider Events: On Maryland’s Eastern Shore, autumn never disappoints. The crisp colors, the warm light, the open air. You can breathe it; you can wear it; you can savor it. Inspired by these senses and more, we sought to create a rich-toned, softly-lit, quintessential fall scene on the grounds of the Wye River Conference Center in Queenstown, Maryland.

Time-honored autumn shades of burgundy and berry took center stage, as vibrant yellow foliage tied the landscape together from tree to ground. Classic details in the gown and jewelry complemented the traditional calligraphy script that embellished everything from the wax seal place cards to the welcome sign to the adorable mini Pinots Noir gifts. A simply-adorned floating mantle placed under a canopy of autumn leaves made for the perfect ceremony setup—a nice contrast to the open air bride and groom portraits taken with the most stunning golden hour glow!
