Plus, these IRL lovers were able to relive their own Grecian-coast vows with the brides original lace gown and handmade turquoise jewelry! #swoon
From Cassidy MR. Photography: When curating the perfect boho-esque styled wedding, we wanted something that was off the beaten path while reinvigorating what this wild & free state of mind meant. We wanted bright whimsical florals with a touch of color. We believe boho doesn’t have to be dark and moody with dark reds, dark yellows, dark greens or only dark blues. We brought in a pop of color with orange and peach tones, keeping light greens and cream as the neutral, and added depth with a burgundy settee and navy accents.
We incorporated feathers to add color and texture to our bouquet and ceremony garland. Feathers symbolize your connection to spirit and ability to express your own celestial wisdom, so they set our vision over the edge, while adding a unique element to our styling.
Our models were the perfect subjects for this shoot. Nolie & Ashley met in Oahu at a party the groom was throwing at his residence. They fell in love and got married seaside in Greece. They continue to travel while making a living selling solar panels. They are the definition of the vibe we were going for. Living free, with the heart to travel and appreciating every minute they are given. She wore the same dress and barefoot turquoise jewelry (that she hand-made!) that she actually wore during their vows!
East Vintage Charm handled the rentals and the floral design. They were also able to CREATE the macrame table runner themselves to fully complete the low-seated tablescape. The dreamcatchers were handmade by another local creative.
This shoot was not only a symbol of off-beat wedding trends, but of a handful of amazing creatives bringing love & light into their work!
