Spring is in the air and LOVE is everywhere at this Brittland Manor wedding. Brought to us by Rob Korb Photography, Lauren and John’s wedding day featured perfect weather, a gorgeous sunset, blush and white lush florals and a couple of adorable flower girls. Oh, and a giant, lighted LOVE sign that helps highlight it all. Really, everything a couple could want. Scroll through for more of this gorgeous wedding and a glimpse of warmer weather on its way!
Adapted from the bride’s blog, Lauren Bushby Oakes: John and I got married at Brittland Manor, part of Brittland Estates in Chestertown, MD (my hometown!) It was a warm 78 degree and sunny day and we could not have asked for a more beautiful day! Without my wedding vendors my wedding dream would never have gone into fruition.
I wanted our wedding to have all the natural elements of the Eastern Shore and Steelcut Flowers Co. helped us make it into a reality. Without my wedding planner, Grace Bourne from Connect the Dots Events, this would never have been possible. Grace and I have known each other since kindergarten which made it even more special to have her by my side for the year. We used Rob Korb Photography and without him and his team I don’t know how we would have captured such beautiful moments of our special day. Rob was also super calm during my nervousness throughout the day. The beautiful sail cloth tent from Eastern Shore Tents and Events was a vision! For Catering we used a great family friend who makes the best food EVER, Magnolia Caterers & Bread Co. It truly was the best day and it all came together so smoothly and seamlessly. I wish I could replay the day!
