Price Rentals & Events is a local family-owned event rental company in Chestertown, MD passionate about making sure your rental experience is more than just ordinary—no matter the size of your event! The company grew out of a need to expand from JBK Hardware in Chestertown, MD. The Price family has over fifteen years of event rental experience. During 2013, they realized the Kingstown building that had been using for storage would make for a great location to promote their event rentals even further, and the renovations of the old Chesapeake Home Center began in the summer of 2014 by Dickinson Construction with a focus on energy-efficiency using new LED lighting and a split HVAC system. Construction was completed in early January of 2015 and the doors on our 2500 sq. ft. showroom were opened for business in Mid-February of this year. “CJ was awesome regarding making all the detailed arrangements. She was extremely knowledgeable about the set up and gave us a computer floor plan which was helpful. Multiple suggestions were made that we never thought about. The delivery personnel and pick up crew were very polite and professional. Everything was delivered as planned. The tent , chairs and table clothes were very clean and presented beautifully. They also gave us instructions with the generator. The wedding was beautiful. Luckily it didn’t rain on my wedding day! They were very flexible with my schedule. They set up the dance floor and I thought it was a little small so they offered to make it bigger and did so without difficulty. Also the pricing is a huge plus!!! Probably the cheapest rental place around town!”
