“A huge THANK YOU to Erin Wheeler Photography. As I am not much of a planner, trying to plan and coordinate every detail for a wedding, in a short timeline nonetheless, was very stressful. Luckily there were a few things that were very easy. Choosing Erin as our photographer for that day was one of the easier tasks! As of my first inquiry Erin was extremely kind, friendly, and gracious that we reached out to her as a possible photographer. While looking through her well organized website it was easy to see she is delightfully good at what she does! She communicated well during contract signing and then she provided a detailed information sheet for us to fill out in order to have a better understanding of our wants and styles for our wedding day. Erin asked for our timeline of the days’ events so that she could coordinate and follow along with everyone and everything. She and her partner were on time and from the beginning very friendly and pleasant to have around. During the pre-ceremony photos she and her assistant were extremely organized and followed our picture requests perfectly! During the ceremony and reception both photographers did not interfere with anything going on and I hardly noticed they were there. But when I needed them or asked for a photo it seemed as if they were right there and ready to shoot and capture the moments! It was a cold and windy day for our wedding so it was hard to be outside baring the weather but there was “good light” at one point and they were able to capture that in just a short period of time! The pictures were ready just shy of four weeks! I love that there were black and white options but also the same photos were provided in color. I have requested a few photos to have something small be photo-shopped and Erin willingly agreed to help with that! I feel as if our day was beautifully captured through Erin’s photographs and we are forever grateful to have those memories!! Thanks Erin!”

“Erin was a wonderful photographer. She was friendly, responsive, and took stunning images both for our wedding and engagement. Erin offers several wedding packages and, we opted to have full-day coverage and a second photographer. Erin and her partner Ellen arrived on time and worked perfectly together to capture our whole day. They were courteous to our guests, and their presence blended seamlessly with our day. Most of the time we didn’t even notice they were working. Prior to the wedding, Erin asked us to complete an event form/photo list to make sure she captured the day as we wished. She managed to get not only everything on our list, but also capture the emotion and activity of the evening. We shared the photos with our friends immediately, and one of the most frequent comments we received was that they could see our personalities in the pictures. “Erin shot both our wedding and engagement photos, and we are beyond happy with the pictures! Erin’s portfolio of work is beautiful and we were immediately drawn to her style as a natural light photographer. She was extremely easy to work with, very responsive and was already familiar with our wedding venue so she had a ton of great ideas about what places to capture pictures. Erin brought along a second shooter for the day and I honestly don’t recall seeing them or hearing their cameras. They were inconspicuous, but managed to capture so many amazing posed and candid moments throughout the day.
