Our Holiday Giveaway!

November 27, 2014

The holidays are such a wonderful reminder of the many things we have to be thankful for and the people we love and appreciate. At MESW, we are thankful for you, our dear brides! You’re our inspiration, and the reason we dedicate ourselves to connecting you with the best vendors for your wedding day. To show you just how much we truly appreciate your support, we wanted to do a little something special…

We’ve partnered up with a few of your favorite vendors for a 4 WEEK Holiday Giveaway! Each week between December 4 and January 1, you will have an opportunity to win. The contests will be announced in our weekly blog post, and carried out on Facebook and Instagram so be sure to follow along!

We don’t want to spoil any surprises but here’s a sneak peek at the generous vendors who have donated in the spirit of the holidays:

Studio 2 Salon

Remember them from this post We had such a fun and relaxing time at their cute downtown Easton studio, and we’re sure you will too!

Studio 2 Salon is located in historic downtown Easton, just steps away from The Tidewater Inn, restaurants and shopping. Our 101 year old Victorian House with it’s brightly painted exterior and contemporary upscale interior is home to 11 full and part-time staff. We offer complete hair and color services, makeup application as well as extensive nail services. The beauty industry is ever evolving so we pride ourselves on staying current with educational classes in an effort to provide our clients with the latest trends, techniques and products available.”

Pops of Plum

Pops of Plum is a sister company to the thriving Floral & Event Design firm, Intrigue Design & Décor. We absolutely love their aesthetic and creative eye. Check out one of our favorite styled shoots of theirs here.

“Sarah Campbell, owner and lead designer of Intrigue Design & Décor, realized that there were many brides, grooms and party planners who had a desire for well-styled flowers within an attainable budget, and Pops of Plum was born. Sarah and the Intrigue team have created a series of floral designs featuring the most popular styles—all neatly photographed and categorized, making it as easy to buy wedding flowers as it is to buy a fabulous pair of shoes.”

Melissa Grimes-Guy Photography

Melissa is a local photographer with a fun and comfortable boutique studio in downtown Easton. We absolutely fell in love with this Spring wedding she shot right here in St. Michaels!

“Melissa’s photographic style tells the story of your day in a relaxed and candid fashion that emphasizes relationships. When couples feel comfortable, it’s easier for them to express themselves naturally. These are the moments that Melissa looks for and enjoys documenting for her clients. She has a passion for weddings and enjoys the joy of the day and looking for the “heart” of each wedding.”

The Tidewater Inn

The Tidewater Inn is one of our favorite spots for a wedding, dinner downtown, happy hour with the girls, or a romantic weekend getaway. We just cannot get enough of this historic gem!

“Tidewater Inn is a charming and elegant Maryland Eastern Shore hotel with roots that trace back to 1712. A romantic hideaway nestled in historic downtown Easton, Maryland, surrounded by boutiques, art galleries, gourmet restaurants and the famed Avalon Theatre. The Inn features 98 well appointed boutique guest rooms, a tavern style restaurant and banquet rooms. A luxurious retreat just outside of Baltimore and Washington DC, the Tidewater Inn is appointed with modern comforts, state-of-the-art conference space and exquisite banquet rooms ideal for weddings and special events.”
