Allison & Charlie’s Eastern Shore Wedding Weekend | Part 1

It has been almost a year since Allison & Charlie tied the knot! I know, hard to believe! Their wedding weekend, much like their proposal and engagement portraits, was uniquely theirs and full of the color and charisma that makes them such a fun couple to know and love.

Spoiler Alert! There is absolutely NO objectivity in this post! In the interest of clarity:
  • Charlie, the groom, is my baby brother.
  • Allison, the bride, is my best friend. She was also my maid of honor when I got married, and I was her matron of honor.
  • They will live happily every after!

Kicking off their wedding weekend in true Petosa family style, Allison and Charlie welcomed their bridesmaids and groomsmen to the festivities in the serene oasis turned wedding venue that is the backyard of our childhood home. Set against the sparkling pool, and tropical foliage, the rehearsal set the perfect tone for a weekend full of fun that was yet to come.

Rehearsed and ready to go, the bride and groom were then joined by loved ones at the Chesapeake Landing for a true Eastern Shore Crab Feast on the Deck. Surrounded by lots of laughter, toasts, and a groom’s cake featuring our family’s yellow lab, Cooper, Allison and Charlie frolicked into their wedding weekend with full hearts and wide smiles.
