Laura and Adam met through their shared love of the water, so it was only fitting that these newlyweds found their way back to the Chesapeake Bay to tie the knot! With mismatched bridesmaid dresses and a one-of-a-kind wedding veil, this bridal party kept things calm, cool & collected with many nods to nautical. And you’ll just love what Eastern Shore staple is on the groomsmen’s socks! Wait until you scroll through this gallery from Chesapeake Charm Photography…
From the bride: Though attending brother/sister private schools in Towson and graduating the same year, we did not meet in high school, to both of our surprises. We both attended the University of South Carolina to study Marine Science and met there while in class. Our love of Baltimore/Maryland and everything to do with the water inspired our Chesapeake Bay-themed wedding at Chesapeake Bay Beach Club. Our entire wedding theme was based on reflecting our surroundings, from a blue and green color palette, neutral greenery florals, and oyster shells, sea glass, and driftwood decor. For the guest’s favors, we donated on behalf of each guest to the Oyster Recovery Partnership. Our wedding ceremony involved many close friends and family members, making the day especially meaningful and personal. With no wedding planner, the entire day was the Bride and Grooms vision come to life through their own efforts.
