Happy fall, loves! While we sure do love our Eastern Shore summers, there’s something about this time of year when there’s a crispness in the air that we anticipate year after year; after all, it’s the season of cozy sweaters and bonfires, changing leaves and red wine! It’s this feeling that we channeled as we put together one of our favorite issues yet!
In the midst of planning your fall fête? Carolyn Lasako of Kari Rider Events give us a few tips on keeping your wedding seasonal without screaming Halloween (pg. 54). If you’re hungry for a festive fall favor or maybe just a fun (and delicious!) DIY, check Melissa of Bake My Day’s candy apple recipe (pg. 59)! Searching for that perfect groom’s gift, or maybe a little early Christmas present? We’ve got a few ideas that can all be found on the Shore (pg. 52)! And last but definitely not least, we’ve put a twist on this edition’s real weddings! We asked two of our favorite Eastern Shore wedding photographers, Jillian (our cover girl!) of Bombs Over Betty Photography and Coty of Coty Jones Photography, to weigh in on what it was like on other side of the lens for their own fabulous nuptials (pg. 18)!
